Hi, I’m Shonda Niewierski, owner of Vacay Vibes Travel by Shonda LLC and a passionate travel business leader based in Boerne, Texas.

After serving in the United States Air Force and building a long career as a Department of Defense civilian, I retired in 2024 ready to create more freedom, flexibility, and purpose in my life. What began as a love for travel quickly grew into a thriving business and an opportunity to help others do the same.

Today, I lead and mentor a team of approximately 250 travel business partners across the United States and beyond. I provide step by step training, ongoing support, leadership development, and a welcoming community for people who want to build a flexible business around their lifestyle.

I am a wife of more than 30 years, a proud mom of two sons who also serve in the United States Air Force, and a firm believer that it is never too late to start something new.
